#TeamDimply
We are changing the way financial service companies engage with their customers and making people happier about their finances along the way. We believe in putting the customer first in our products and people first in our team!
There are two meanings behind Dimply; Digital Simply which is an obvious one and then we have personalisation (consumer experience). Dimples are very personal to an individual and you don’t know if someone has them until they smile which feeds into the idea of happy, personalised experiences and we ❤️ this concept.
Come join us and be our next Dimple!
We trust in each other's abilities. We are all professional. We're on a mission to change the world. No silos. Communicate and be transparent about the health of the company.
We want everyone to be comfortable bringing their entire selves to work every day. We believe our individual backgrounds, perspectives and passions help us create the ideas that move us all forward.
We are humans. We are not here by accident. People are not resources.
No rockstars. No departments. The whole team owns the whole project, together.
We think ambitiously, but know that big things have small beginnings.
We now have Full Time staff in 6 countries and growing. We are based in Dogpatch Labs in the CHQ Building in Dublin - but don't forget, we are a remote first company.
Depending on where you are based, you can choose to work onsite, hybrid or fully remote!
We will help you get set up from home an even give you a €200 expense stipend to use a co-working space that is local to you.

We want everyone to succeed at Dimply. That is why everyone who joins us will part of that success.
Everyone at Dimply gets 25 days leave per year. Whether you like to climb mountains, or sit in the sun, it's important to take the time.
If you want to come to the office, great! If not, then enjoy working where you work best!
We like to look at output rather than time logged on. Need to pick up children? Need to bring the dog to the vet? Sure!
